In this newly resurfaced 2017 clip, Joe Biden takes an immediate liking to a supporter’s granddaughter, ignoring the supporter, his grandson, and everyone else in the group. Biden proceeds to zone out the external world as he calls her his “baby,” rubs her face, hugs her repeatedly and slings his arm around her — just Adreno Joe being himself!
